Customer service is good enough. Problem is they are constantly running out of my brand of pipe tobacco. They say it will be in on Tuesday or Wednesday so I go on Thursday and they are sold out again. They really need to order more apparently and have suggested it repeatedly and they still don't order more.
I'd appreciate it if they wouldn't get pissed off every time I come through to get a soda or two. They actually huff and puff to your face about it. I usally have all 3 kids so I'm unable to get out just for a soda. THANKS THOUGH DISCOUNT, I WON'T BE RETURNING! ☺️
