I had a great experience at CPR West Plains. They fixed my phone and I was in and out in a day. Very professional and friendly employees to deal with at the store. Overall wonderful experience and will recommend the store to all my friends.
They had my phone for 3 weeks and it wasn't fixed. At one point they couldn't even find my phone. I don't recommend you going here. After I got my phone back it was worse than before. The phone wouldn't even turn on so I went to a place in Batesville, AR and like we thought they said that the charge port was messed up. CPR put 3 different power buttons on my phone and they sautered it on there. So the place in Batesville put a charge port in there and said it would charge but when they go to turn it on it wouldn't. So thanks to this damned place my $300 phone is not fixable. Do not go here unless you don't care about your phone. If I could I would make them buy me a phone exactly like the one they messed up but that is pretty much impossible.
This place is so outrageously expensive it should be illegal. And it takes them forever to fix anything
