This place sucks avoid it at all cost The manager was very rude. I complained about some of the information he claimed to need. He told me he did not have time for this today. He told me he could call corporate and they could explain policies to me. That maybe I should take my business elsewhere. That he was the third largest Uhaul rental agency in the state of Missouri which I'm sure it's completely fabricated. When I explained I've used uhaul for years he said well I rent thousands a year. He crying about having to run the entire store by himself and deals with unhappy customers all the time. I'll never do business with that little schmuck with a Napoleon complex again. Even if he is overworked underpaid his wife cheating on him and he's shorter than everybody else he knows he shouldn't take that out on the customers. Absolutely no customer service and no class.
Nice service. I need a lock cutter and they directed me across the street.
Charged my credit card for overages that weren't my fault. Then they credit back the amount, only then to re-charge my credit card for almost the same amount. Will call management in the morning, if they refuse to take off the charge, I will dispute it with my bank! NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
