They rip you off on rent smoke pot and cigs I you're apartment when your in the process of moving out your have to pay for a pool pass other wise you can't swim they don't fix anything you have to yourself if they say they are going to might as well do it your self
One of my friends moved I here, there were stains in the carpet and crayon on the wall from the previous renters. It's like they don't care about their apartments. I wouldn't pay $500 a month to live in someone else's mess. It wouldn't kill them to AT LEAST shampoo the carpets before a new occupant moved in and take some cleaner to the walls or a fresh coat of paint.
Those were the cleanest and nices apartment complex I've seen in a long time. The streets there were very wide also smooth
