We were told today by these people that if you have a good to excellent credit score, you will pay an extra $1,500 on a new vehicle. True story...not made up. As you can probably understand, they lost a sale on a new car today. Not only that, this is the second new car sale they have lost from us just this month. Not only that, we will never ever waste our time at this place again.

I needed a recall service for what I thought was 1 issue. I also had some other issues that needed some attention. Shirley in the service department was kind, knowledgeable and quick. Made my appt, dropped the car off. I promptly received info that 2 recalls were repaired and my other issue was covered by an extended warranty! Fixed and no cost to me! Thanks!
