Good folks
absolutely horrible to rent from, my parents rented from them for years and they never can in to do repairs on the house, and after 13 "work orders" they tried to take my parents to court for a evection. low and behold my parents won the case , seeing as they always keep records. grisham properties raised the rent without notice and never "never had the paperwork to have the lease renewed" even after almost 10 years! and the only reason im giving them one star is so i can post this to warn people!
They are nice people and when something goes wrong they fix it and the houses are very clean my mom and I rent from them now and my husband and I are about to get our first place together though them
Thought they were good people but in the middle of trying to move out while I was at work they came into my house and they had stolen a few things like high dollar things such as a complete sub system setup and my wife's laptop. Then I call the office they admit that their matnaince guy was in there that day. And said they have no control of what he does I will probably life out on the street before I ever have to rent from these sorry S.O.Bs ever again.
Worst place I've dealt with so far. I highly recommend avoiding them. They maintain biased views, don't listen to reason, jump to assumptions, and favor money over their customers/renters.
