Very pleased with the service of this company! We just moved across country with a little baby. On the morning of delivery, the driver was concerned that the trees were getting too close to the cars. Afraid that the cars could get scratched, a customer service agent (Matt) called wondering if I could meet the truck about 6 miles up the road. Upon hearing I was alone with a little baby and no car in a brand new place where we knew no one to watch her for a few minutes. He and the driver made a quick, new plan and with my permission drove the car right to my door and he took an uber back to his truck. The car arrived in the same condition we left it in so scratches! Thanks for taking such care of my family and property! This experience made a big move a little less stressful.

Nationwide Auto Transport is absolutely AMAZING!! We had never shipped a car before and we were extremely nervous. Although their quote came back a little higher than others, it was 100% worth it!! I will use Nationwide again if we ever need to ship a car in the future. Their service is extremely personal, they showed up on time (even 15 minutes early to pick up the car), it really was door to door service, the car was returned in the exact shape that it was given to them, and they continually called all along the process to make sure we were happy.
