Just like most other hospital run pain management clinics I have been to with family members this one is no different... They are rude and treat you like your a common criminal drug addict looking for your next high... Very rude and very off-putting for a 76 year old woman with two rotator cuff repairs that have torn out and two knee replacements... Would only recommend this to my worst enemy because it would be fun to watch him be treated so horribly.
I had been going there for over 7 years never had one single problem when Dr Devo and Carol Macey were the one giving care. The nurses were wonderful and I felt like they really cared. I trying a few different treatment steroid shots radiofrequency ablation. None gave me much relief. But they worked with me and found away to let me enjoy life again. Well i guess all good things must come to an end. New Dr came in and Dr Devo moved away (that seems to be a very common thing for omc) So now new Dr came in so did a lot of new nurses and a new nurse practioner things went down hill from there. Started out with just nurses being rude remember I have been there for over 7 years never had any trouble at all. First visit they told me I was off count by 7 pills I try ed to ask how that was and the nurses practioner (Shawna) told me she did not have to explain anything to me. I had asked her more than once if we could count them again but all she said is I don't have time to explain something to you that you already know. I told her I know I am not off count her response was if I continue to lie they would no longer see me. I was stunned could not believe I was being treated this way. So I left next month had to come back in was told I was off by 14 this time. I pretty much begged her to show me how I guess because I was so upset I started crying she pulled out a calender and we counted and guess what I was not off not even by one.. all she said well I guess you are right no sorry no I will check in to it. She left the room then came back in and started telling me how incompetent her nurse is. So next time I came in my appointment some how was cancelled they told me they could not get me in for another month bcuz I had to see the Dr not nurses practioner ask them what I was supposed to do about my pills they said it was not their peoblem. My primary care Dr filled them for one month thank god. My next visit that they said I had to see the Dr that's why they could not get me in for a month I didn't even see the Dr still seen the practioner Next time I went in the nurses were so rude and such a nightmare just plain rude made me wait for over 2hr and took 5 people back that came after me. So at this point I had enough I called and complained about them. That was the worse thing to do. Next visit I had my purse stolen that had one day of pills in it. First time in the whole 7 years something happen. When I went in and told them and told them I had a police report she told me they could not see me till I got a police report bcuz I never have my pills with me by this time I had just about had it with them. Told her she was wrong. She looked again and said it was the person under you you try looking at this computer all day very rude.. so I seen the Dr then 2 weeks later I get a letter in the mail saying I tested.positive for meth. Never have I ever done anything other than what my Dr have given me. I was not taking anything that would make me test positive. Went to my Dr same day I got the letter and she tested me but of course they waited so long to send me the letter it didn't matter. The only good thing I have to say is Dr Andreasen is a very nice guy. Even tho he took me off over half the meds that Devo had me on. But he was right I still did good with what he left me on. So he was great but you have to get past his Nurses first I have never in all my 50 years have had as rude hateful disrespectful and down right under handed nurses from front desk to nurses that walks you out. They need to get all new nurses Carol Macey is a very nice polite nurses practitioner that will listen to what you have to say the other girl that they call Shawna not even sure if she's still there is just as rude as the nurses if you are planning on going there good luck
Worst Dr ever. Never listening to patients at all. Focused on only themselves
Dr Agarin was rude hateful and disrespectful. I would not recommend my worst enemy to see him. It doesn't matter whether it is the first or 50th person you see that day you should treat each one with the respect they deserve. You may have knowledge we don't but i can guarantee we have knowledge you don't have.
