Kimberly at West Plains is awesome. I was headed to North Carolina and wanted to get an early start so we were there before 8 am. There were folks ahead of us, but she opened the doors just before 8 and smiled us all in and had everyone rolling in short order. My car was squeaky clean and she came out to show me all the little bells and whistles and I was off within 20 minutes of the door opening. Great place to get a great car with great service at a great price !!!!
Even with the recent flooding, they went the extra mile to get us a minivan to make our trip way more convenient. We had 4 adults with luggage and 1 child, so I'm not sure how else it would've worked. Thank you so much!
I reserved a mid sized car. When I got there all that was available for me was a diesel 250 super duty pick up. I accepted it because I needed a vehicle. I called twice during the week to see if I could get a car. They had none. I had to drive this 12 mpg. from Arkansas to Fl. I always have had good luck with enterprise before. This was a very disappointing experience.
